What Wu Zong Is

Wu Zong is an internal cultivation, Neigong method designed to cultivate clarity, internal stability, and embodied presence, establishing the foundation for deeper inner development. The name Wu Zong means “Origin of Enlightenment.”

It is the foundational method of Jiu Wu Tan Gong, a structured practice that develops meditation, breath regulation, Qi cultivation, and Dantian refinement.

Six-Class Guided Progression

Rooting Qi in the Lower Dantian

Breath, Meditation Foundations, and Inner Gathering

The first class establishes the root of the entire practice through posture, breath regulation, and Lower Dantian awareness. This is where meditation, Qi gathering, and self-introspection first begin.

Stabilizing the Lower Dantian Field

Internal Energy Development and Root Strength

This class deepens Lower Dantian cultivation through sustained breathwork, internal energy development, and the strengthening of grounded embodied presence.

Middle Dantian Refinement

Heart-Field Awareness and Emotional Clarity

The third class moves awareness upward into the heart field, cultivating emotional clarity, breath harmony, and the refinement of internal Qi through the Middle Dantian.

Upper Dantian and Shen Clarity

Awareness, Stillness, and Refined Perception

This class develops mental stillness, Upper Dantian awareness, and refined perception through grounded Neigong practice and internal stabilization.

Bai Hui and Central Axis

Integration Vertical Alignment and Energetic Continuity

The fifth class integrates Lower, Middle, and Upper Dantian development into the central vertical axis, cultivating energetic alignment and spacious embodied clarity.
