What Wu Zong Is
Wu Zong is an internal cultivation, Neigong method designed to cultivate clarity, internal stability, and embodied presence, establishing the foundation for deeper inner development. The name Wu Zong means “Origin of Enlightenment.”
It is the foundational method of Jiu Wu Tan Gong, a structured practice that develops meditation, breath regulation, Qi cultivation, and Dantian refinement.

The first class establishes the root of the entire practice through posture, breath regulation, and Lower Dantian awareness. This is where meditation, Qi gathering, and self-introspection first begin.

This class deepens Lower Dantian cultivation through sustained breathwork, internal energy development, and the strengthening of grounded embodied presence.

The third class moves awareness upward into the heart field, cultivating emotional clarity, breath harmony, and the refinement of internal Qi through the Middle Dantian.
