Scroll 1 - Volume 1 of The Sacred Platform of Celestial Embodiment

三法為本 (Sān Fǎ Wéi Běn) - The Three Root Methods

Within these pages lies the foundational scroll of the Jiu Wu Tan Gong transmission: Three Root Methods (三法為本). This first volume opens the gateway to internal transformation through three core cultivations:

  • Wu Zong (悟宗) – the breath-body harmonization that awakens present-moment embodiment,

  • Yin Lei Shen Fa (隐雷身法) – the subtle thunder-body refinement method, and

  • Yi Qi Zi Fa Dao (一炁自发道) – the primordial self-arising activation of True Qi.

These methods form the living root system of the entire Jiu Wu Tan Gong path. Each method is delivered in its original scroll form with embedded commentary, poetic transmission, Chinese characters, pinyin, and full-body illustrations to guide the practitioner in both spirit and form.

This is not a collection of techniques. It is a direct transmission of realization, a return to the center through embodied stillness, subtle activation, and Qi-guided spontaneity. Whether one is a seasoned cultivator or newly arriving at the gates of inner practice, Scroll 1 offers the groundwork for true cultivation without pretense.

Let the breath return to origin. Let the body reveal stillness. Let the Qi move as it must

What's in the book

✔ Full Scroll Text in English, with Chinese technique names, and Pinyin

✔ Commentary explaining the internal meaning and purpose of each method

✔ Wu Zong meditation practice and how to enter presence without force and actually meditate

✔ Hidden Thunder Body foundational alignment and preparation method for gathering, and refining Qi

✔ Yi Qi Zi Fa Dao instructions for natural manipulation of Qi in the body, to others, and the space around you

✔ Guidelines for pacing, sensitivity, and safe internal development

These practices are not tied to any single tradition, religion, or lineage. They come from lived experience and are discovered through direct insight. Whether you are new to internal training or have been practicing for many years, they meet you exactly where you are, at the point where clarity can naturally emerge.

Each method is complete on its own and acts as a gateway into deeper cultivation. Together, they form the foundation of Jiu Wu Tan Gong, a system designed to restore balance between mind, body, and the flow of life energy.

This teaching is shared openly with those who feel a connection to it. May it guide you back to the steady center within, where the Dao moves quietly and realization returns through remembering your true nature.

Transformation & Non-Distinction
Scroll 2 &3

Scrolls Two and Three of Jiu Wu Tan Gong continue the path established in the foundational teachings, guiding the practitioner into deeper internal refinement and clarity. These scrolls focus on stabilizing inner perception, strengthening the connection between intent and structure, and allowing practice to move beyond effort into natural integration. Rather than adding complexity, they refine what has already been built, helping cultivation settle into daily life with greater ease, presence, and consistency. Together, Scrolls Two and Three support the shift from structured practice into embodied understanding, where the work becomes steady, quiet, and self-sustaining.

What's in the book?

Scrolls 2 & 3 of Jiu Wu Tan Gong form the heart of the sacred transmission, guiding the practitioner through advanced internal methods and deep esoteric realization. Together, they build upon the foundations laid in Scroll 1 to offer a living path of energetic cultivation, celestial embodiment, and realization beyond distinction.

Scroll Two: Spiritual Transformation of the Three Altars (神化三坛 Shén Huà Sān Tán)

This scroll introduces the Seven Transmission Methods, advanced practices that awaken internal Qi, refine mental clarity, and establish the sacred platform within body and mind. Each method is a complete inner technology transmitted through lived realization. These methods progress from form to formlessness, guiding the practitioner from technique into presence, and into the field of unseen cultivation where transformation becomes natural.:

The Seven Transmission Methods:

  1. Root of Ten Thousand Forms
柱中无界,十方归元 (Zhù Zhōng Wú Jiè, Shí Fāng Guī Yuán)
Returning all appearances to Source from the Center without Boundary.

  2. Sword Seal of the Purified Body
    净躯剑印 (Jìng Qū Jiàn Yìn)
A sharp internal form that severs obstruction and refines body-Qi.

  3. Sixfold Breath Tuning of the Great Emptiness
太虚六调息 (Tài Xū Liù Tiáo Xī)
Synchronizing breath, energy, and intent through sixfold internal regulation.

  4. Heart-Light Transforming the Realm
    心光化境 (Xīn Guāng Huà Jìng)
Using heart-radiance to transmute inner perception and dissolve false seeing.

  5. Three Gates Combined as One
    三门合一 (Sān Mén Hé Yī)
Integrating body, speech, and mind into a single cultivation stream.

  6. Gate of Pre-Heaven Silent Radiance
先天寂光门 (Xiān Tiān Jì Guāng Mén)
A transmission that unites deep stillness with primordial luminosity, encompassing hidden and original roots.

  7. Supreme Unity Mysterious Qi Practice
太一玄炁功 (Tài Yī Xuán Qì Gōng)
A powerful internal method to cultivate the breath of the One — subtle, vast, and transformative.

Scroll Three: The Inherent Absence of Distinction (无差本然 Wú Chā Běn Rán)

This scroll provides a rare transmission that expresses the foundation of the path:

  • That all distinction arises from a single undivided source.

  • That presence is not achieved through effort, but seen clearly through stillness.

  • That realization is not conceptual, but direct lived, known, and embodied.

Structured through poetic verses, transmission commentary, and meditative insight, Scroll 3 completes the arc of inner transformation by offering a return to clarity without attachment, effort, or seeking.
