Wu Ying Zhong (无影中) is a full-body internal practice from the Zong Huan Internal Martial Arts (宗幻内功), a system within the Daoist path of Gui Zhen Dao (归真道), the Way of Returning to the True.


This practice combines martial arts, energy work, and breath training into one clear, grounded form. While the movements are mostly stationary, they’re full of internal motion; spiraling, pressing, twisting, and releasing force from the ground up.


Blending principles from Taiji, Xingyi, Bagua, Wing Chun, and Internal Cultivation (Nei Gong), Wu Ying Zhong helps you build strength, focus, and inner power rooted in the Dantian. It trains you to move with stillness, strike with precision, and remain centered.
